As for most kids, studying for such a big exam is daunting and after the first session, my son ran over to me and said, "that was actually so much fun!"   • "Jonny was always such an engaging tutor during all our sessions. I was hesitant to work with a male tutor at first, but Jonny was great. He would always find ways to relate the lessons to topics I was interested in so that I would retain the information better. For example, when he was introducing new vocabulary, he would use the words in a sentence about basketball or a celebrity. Another thing that I appreciated about Jonny was that he would never end a session without making sure that I fully understood the content even if it meant going over the allotted time. Jonny taught me several new strategies to improve my test taking skills and more efficient ways to solve difficult problems."

  • "When I go to school I dread doing work and seeing that I have homework. Then there are Jonny's meetings! I sit down to do work but there are always games and things that relate to things I love like hockey and football and that makes the work twice as simple and 100 times more fun! Since I am an athletic guy, Jonny realized that you can't sit there for an hour without doing anything with your body. So Jonny had me doing scavenger hunts to find things in my house or maybe pushups or even jumping jacks. Jonny makes my work fun and he makes me want to learn even more! Personally I would rather have him as my school then my current school!"
